Carlos is originally from Colombia where he studied and earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration at Xaverian University in Bogota. In 2001 he moved to the United States with his family and for eight years he ran his own company exporting electrical equipment. In this capacity, he developed a strong understanding of the commitment needed to run a successful business and how to ensure his clients were satisfied. He also honed his negotiating skills with the daily need to negotiate contracts for the company.
In 2004, Carlos had his introduction into real estate, when he bought his first investment property. Following, came multiple investments where he served as buyer, seller and sometimes landlord which gave him a full understanding of all the spectrums of the real estate business. In 2012, he joined one of the largest developers in the country. Here he was a key member of one of the most successful teams in the privately-owned industry. He first served in the sales department and later moved into training and management positions.
He has been working as an independent realtor since 2018. His experience has led him to understand the most important key to success is to listen and to give his clients priority. Carlos is caring and compassionate, yet a very strong negotiator. With him in your corner, you will surely have a very successful purchase or sale.
